Are you a detail-driven Estimator with a passion for high-end custom homes? Our client is looking for a Senior Estimator to join their dynamic team and play a key role in shaping luxury residential projects from concept to completion.
What Youll Do:
Lead the estimating process for bespoke residential builds, renovations, and additions.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate cost projections.
Analyze blueprints, specifications, and subcontractor quotes to develop comprehensive estimates.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or design intent.
What they are looking For:
5+ years of estimating experience in custom home construction.
Strong knowledge of residential building materials, methods, and codes.
Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Buildertrend, ProEst, PlanSwift).
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
