Staff Accountant Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 1+ years of experience with general ledger, cash management, and financial statements
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience in healthcare or non-profit organizations preferred
- Prepare journal entries and financial statements
- Perform general ledger analysis and reconciliations
- Manage cash and prepare financial reports
- Support the accounting team with day-to-day financial operations
- Salary: $60-66K based on experience
