We are seeking a proactive, entrepreneurial, hardworking, and collaborative teammate to join the Corient Legal team as a Contracts Manager. You will manage the full legal lifecycle for our contracts with business partners and vendors. You will be an important member of our lean Legal team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. You must embrace the opportunity to manage the contractual drafting and legal review process across our many diverse business units and transition between them seamlessly. Location : This is a full-time, exempt position located at our headquarters in Miami’s Brickell financial district. Key Responsibilities:
Manage all contractual workflow Review, analyze, and negotiate contracts under attorney supervision Draft and redline agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements, statements of work, change orders, amendments, terminations, and assignments Identify and flag potential risks, inconsistencies, or gaps in contract language and propose practical, business-competent solutions Conduct legal research and analysis to support contract interpretation and decision-making Prepare contract summaries and executive summaries for attorneys and key stakeholders Prepare contracts for execution using DocuSign or other similar solution Organize, manage, update, and optimize templates, playbooks, and processes Create additional templates, playbooks, and processes to enhance efficiency and customer service Manage our contract lifecycle management system (CLM) and contracts repository, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of executed contracts In collaboration with other key internal and external stakeholders, drive implementation of new workflows and additional functionality in our CLM Maintain contracts tracker to ensure timely completion of contract reviews per agreed SLAs Track tasks and timelines for other projects to ensure timely delivery Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize contracts from M&As, including consolidating contracts as well as drafting contract terminations and assignments and driving them to execution Provide a high-quality service level to all internal and external constituents ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency Establish positive and productive relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership Assist the Legal team on a variety of tasks, projects, processes, and initiatives, as requested Assist the Legal team with a variety of administrative tasks, as requested Your Qualifications and Experience:
Associate degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ years of experience as a contracts manager or paralegal; some in-house experience preferred Extensive experience with legal review and negotiation of enterprise contracts, including technology and software contracts Demonstrated experience managing CLMs and driving technology implementation Experience at a financial services firm is a big plus Your Competencies:
Excel working independently with little operational or execution oversight Highly proficient drafting, reviewing and editing contracts Strong multitasker; able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable fielding questions from the most senior to the most junior teammates Strong interpersonal skills Ability to handle highly sensitive matters at all levels of the firm with discretion and confidentiality Highly proficient and comfortable operating in a paperless and technology-driven environment Your Characteristics:

This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
