Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the agency, including PR, integrated communications, and digital functions Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage diverse talent Manage the interview process from kick-off through offer, ensuring transparent communication with all stakeholders Optimize recruiting processes and support the day-to-day use of the applicant tracking system (ATS) Own and manage all aspects of intern recruiting strategy and execution across the agency What is Required
At least 5 years of recruiting experience in agency PR, communications, or marketing environments Proven success in sourcing and closing high-quality talent Experience in campus and internship recruiting programs Solid understanding of recruiting operations and best practices, including ATS experience Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills How to Stand Out
