Senior Cloud Solution Architect - Cloud + AI Infrastructure , you will lead technical engagements that enable customers to successfully design, deploy, and optimize Cloud and AI solutions. By providing strategic guidance and removing roadblocks, you will help customers accelerate their transformation using Microsoft technologies on the Microsoft platform. This is a customer-facing position where you will own the technical relationship and collaborate closely with both customer and internal teams. Operates according to required operational excellence and proven practice standards throughout all sales stages/activities/tools of record. Collaborates across Microsoft and customer/partner teams through on-strategy delivery to achieve objectives and increase satisfaction. Proactively manages business and technical risks, adheres to governance principles, and communicates and minimizes risks. Ensures compliance with industry and Microsoft guidelines and prioritizes work to align with priorities and goals. Delivers solutions in line with company methodologies and value-based deliverables, ensuring proven practices are followed to prepare customers for operational readiness and achievement of goals. Facilitates adoption and long-term organizational change to increase satisfaction and drive consumption. Guides customers/partners toward well-architected, secure, resilient, AI-enabled, and cost- and performance-optimized solutions and provides feedback to refine content. Proactively identifies new opportunities for Consumption, Usage & Unified expansion based on business value, listening to customers/partners and mapping architecture and digital transformation solutions to outcomes. Captures opportunities in appropriate systems and collaborates across the organization to execute aligned with Microsofts Customer Engagement Model. Proactively identifies, escalates, and mitigates blockers to accelerate deployment and usage. Applies knowledge to architecture or support projects to meet requirements and resolve constraints. Customer Centricity

Act as the voice of the customer/partner, sharing feedback, insights, success stories, and strategic input with Engineering, Product Offerings, and internal communities. Identify patterns of feedback to develop strategic insights and influence roadmaps and prioritization. Present business cases to influence initiatives as appropriate. Translate customer/partner problems into industry solutions aligned with Microsoft strategy, and explain outcomes and ROI. Help customers adopt cross-solution area strategies and build relationships with technical decision makers and business decision makers. Engage with executive roles when deeper security, compliance, risk, or architectural requirements are needed. Drive a customer-focused experience, define success criteria, anticipate dissatisfaction, and execute strategies to improve value realization and transformation speed. Partner Specialization

Identify and prioritize opportunities aligned with revenue goals; support partners and sales teams with proof of concept and pre-sales guidance. Understand market opportunities and collaborate with GPS to translate opportunities into action. Guide and support partners in developing repeatable offerings and solutions; assist during initial implementations. Technical Leadership

Model technical readiness and drive upskilling within the team. Mentor colleagues and lead readiness activities; share proven practices. Identify gaps in delivery, communicate them to stakeholders, and drive improvements to products, IP, technologies, and processes. Lead virtual teams around technologies and customer challenges; share strategic input with internal and external audiences; contribute to IP development and scalable models; participate in external events to elevate Microsofts brand. Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience Other Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 12+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience 6+ years experience in a customer-facing role 6+ years experience leading technical projects; Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) Compensation and Benefits
