Front Desk Coordinator
The Front Desk Coordinator will manage and coordinate all front office activities. This position is crucial for creating a positive first impression for our clients and guests and requires a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff members, providing a welcoming and friendly environment. Manage incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate internal resources, and provide necessary information to callers. Schedule and manage appointments efficiently using the company's scheduling system. Coordinate mailing services, including incoming, outgoing, and delivery of mails and packages. Support in event planning and coordination whenever required. Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies. Always uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Requirements: Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role. Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers). Customer service-oriented attitude with a high level of professionalism. Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
