$25.25-27.00/hour About the role:

We a searching for a Property Coordinator to be the organizational and administrative backbone of the dynamic Property Department. You will be processing invoices from vendors, monitoring our internal work order email, partner with landlords and tenants from our Master Leased units and more! Landlord and Tenant Assistance

Manage property department files and vendor information, including licensing, insurance, and contact details. Oversee landlord relations and manage all aspects of master leased units, including new landlord setup, payables, and file maintenance. Maintain tenant files and manage property data in the Yardi system, including move-in/move-out processes. Ensure program compliance by conducting tenant file audits and tracking lease expirations, renewals, and other relevant documentation. Address and resolve complaints and inquiries from both landlords and tenants Manage all departmental financials, including processing invoices, preparing check requests, and completing monthly credit card reconciliations. Prepare and submit reports and maintain a log of all incident reports. Coordination

Coordinate events and schedules for the department and team, including reserving meeting rooms, arranging training events, and managing the schedule for tenant and landlord workshops. May also serve on safety or other committees as needed. What youll bring

1 year property management or affordable housing and program compliance experience. Microsoft Office skills, Yardi is a plus! Experience working with low income and/or homeless, and/or disabled population CCRM and/or COS or any other property management certification, is a plus! Position Requirements
