The Senior Manager Partner Solution Architects Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager to lead our global team of Partner Solution Architectstechnical liaisons who connect Qlik with key technology alliances. This role is ideal for someone with a development background, deep understanding of partner technologies (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks), and a proven track record managing presales or solution engineering teams.
As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for driving execution, aligning technical priorities with strategic alliances, and enabling cross-functional success through collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the long-term vision for the Partner Solution Architect team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop team members to support both professional growth and business impact. Identify challenges within the team or broader partner landscape and implement effective solutions. Own the global execution and alignment of partner engineering strategies with internal business stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing to ensure cohesive technical engagement. Collaborate on go-to-market initiatives including co-build and co-sell motions with the partner ecosystem. Drive a programmatic approach to replicate efforts across the global landscape. Ensure technical enablement, solution validation, and architectural advocacy across the partner ecosystem. Elevate the visibility of the team and promote thought leadership internally and externally through content, events, and partner-facing activities. Ideate and lead revenue-generating technical programs to support pipeline growth and sales acceleration. Track team performance and partner engagement metrics to measure business outcomes. Manage competing priorities across a global landscape and ensure alignment with broader alliance and revenue strategies. Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience managing technical presales, partner solution architects, or technical alliances teams. Experience working in a software vendor or SaaS company. Background in software development, cloud platforms, or data & analytics. Deep understanding of partner ecosystems such as AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills. Experience with co-innovation programs, technical enablement, and partner go-to-market strategies. A global mindset with experience operating across regions and time zones. Ability to travel as needed for partner and team engagement. Location
Remote United States Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $216,000 per year. This position is eligible for a commission within a range of $50,000 - $54,000 subject to meeting targets set forth in a sales compensation plan.
