Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (Based on Experience)

Chateau Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Human Resources Coordinator to join our leadership team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our HR operations, supporting staff, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Personnel Management: Oversee recruitment, maintain employee records, and manage attendance and leave policies.
• Performance Evaluation: Coordinate timely staff evaluations and guide department leaders in performance management.
• Policy & Compliance: Interpret and enforce company policies while ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
• Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to boost morale and serve as a liaison between employees, union representatives, and management.
• Training & Development: Lead onboarding, coordinate training initiatives, and maintain training compliance records.
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain required postings, manage unemployment claims, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Recruitment & Counseling: Support hiring, training, employee counseling, and disciplinary procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of HR experience (healthcare or skilled nursing facility preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and professional approach to problem-solving.
