Position: Human Resources Coordinator
Shift: Full-Time
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Personnel Management: Oversee recruitment, employee records, attendance, and leave policies.
• Performance Evaluation: Coordinate staff evaluations and guide department leaders in performance management.
• Policy & Compliance: Enforce company policies and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
• Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to boost morale and act as a liaison between employees, union representatives, and management.
• Training & Development: Lead onboarding, coordinate training, and maintain training compliance records.
• Compliance & Reporting: Manage unemployment claims, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Recruitment & Counseling: Support hiring, training, employee counseling, and disciplinary procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years HR experience (healthcare or skilled nursing preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative and professional approach to problem-solving
