Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the banking environment with strict adherence to regulatory requirements. Execute comprehensive background verification procedures, maintaining the highest standards of compliance within the heavily regulated banking sector. Drive innovative recruiting initiatives, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top-tier talent across various banking positions. Conduct thorough candidate screening and evaluation processes, ensuring optimal candidate-role alignment. Spearhead technology advancement
within the recruiting function, implementing cutting-edge sourcing tools and technological solutions to enhance team capabilities. Leverage
Portuguese fluency
to expand talent acquisition reach and support diverse candidate populations. Develop and maintain recruiting metrics and reporting to drive continuous improvement in hiring processes. Build and nurture candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing and relationship management. Ensure all recruiting and onboarding activities meet stringent banking regulatory standards. Essential Qualifications
Fluency in Portuguese
(spoken and written) - absolutely required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. 2+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or HR experience, preferably in Banking or another highly-regulated industry. Tech-savvy with passion for implementing innovative recruiting technologies
and sourcing tools. Strong understanding of
background verification processes
and regulatory compliance requirements. Experience with
applicant tracking systems
and HR technology platforms. Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with ability to track and improve recruiting metrics. Self-motivated
up-and-comer
with ambition to grow within the financial services industry.
