Job Description Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through high-quality service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues they may face in a timely and efficient manner.

$19.00- $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities: Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Providing accurate information about products and services to customers. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally. Documenting customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference. Gathering customer feedback to relay to management for service improvement. Assisting customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
