Managed Service Provider (MSP)
is seeking a technically capable, service-driven
IT Support Specialist (Tier 1.5)
to support small and mid-sized business clients across Dallas. This role is ideal for someone whos outgrown a basic help desk position and is ready to step into a more proactive support rolehandling both remote and onsite work, solving issues at the root, and delivering high-touch client care. What Youll Do Provide
remote and onsite
support for end users and IT environments Troubleshoot desktop, server, printing, and network connectivity issues Set up and support
Windows workstations ,
mobile devices , and smart phones Assist with server and network support for small business clients Maintain accurate documentation and update ticketing system in real time Answer calls and respond to support requests within defined SLAs Collaborate with clients and vendors to resolve technical issues efficiently Participate in the companys rotating
on-call support schedule What You Bring 13 years of experience in a
technical support role , ideally within an MSP or service provider setting Solid knowledge of
Windows 7/10 , Microsoft Office Suite, and remote support tools Familiarity with supporting
Windows servers ,
network connectivity , and
printers Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple support requests Experience using a
ticketing system
and remote support tools (preferred) Exposure to cloud platforms or basic networking Salary:
