The
IT Support Specialist
in Dallas, TX location provides single point of contact support for end users to receive assistance and maintenance within the organization's desktop and telecommunications environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting all hardware/software applications and equipment (including, but not limited to, PC/Mac systems, mobile devices, printers/scanners, a/v services) to ensure an optimal working environment. The IT Support Specialist also troubleshoots technical issues in a timely and accurate fashion, and provides end-user assistance where required, in-person and remote.
About The Role
Handle a wide range of technical issues, including moderately complex support requests. Resolve hardware/software issues and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain high-quality knowledge management resources. Provide guidance on collaboration tools to enhance productivity. Actively manage the ticketing system and ensure prompt resolution times. Support global teams with minimal supervision.
About You
Solid technical background with proven problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with ITIL-based service support processes. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with global users. Previous experience in a similar IT support role. Relevant degree or certification in IT or a related field.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeams Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best-in-class benefits, with 100% employee-covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities.
