If so, we have an opportunity for a Front Office Coordinator to join our team.
Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00/hour
Principal Job Responsibilities
Assist Company personnel and coordinate all front office activities such as front office coverage, security badge system and procedures, service and repair of office equipment, inventory, and ordering office, janitorial, and breakroom supplies. Greet and screen visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Assist visitors with sign-in process, assign appropriate badges, and notify staff of visitor arrival. Process daily incoming and outgoing postal mail. Manage postage meter inventories. Receive incoming courier packages and promptly notify the appropriate staff. Assist with preparation and manage outgoing courier packages (FedEx, UPS, GSO) for shipment, as necessary, to ensure packages are picked up in a timely manner. Maintain and stock supplies / refreshments in all meeting rooms and break rooms. Maintain monthly inventory of supplies for the office, meeting rooms, break rooms, and CSR shipping area. Determine on-hand stock levels for monthly orders and receive / stock delivered supplies in assigned areas. Maintain supplies and manage services for Xerox units. Provide administrative support and perform special projects as requested. ISO/Documentation/Continuous Improvement
Participate in the team process. Initiate involvement in creative solutions and implement improvements to team quality processes. Read and follow documented procedures, job jackets, and specifications accurately in compliance with ISO 9001 standards. If procedures or instructions are unclear, immediately bring the documentation to the attention of supervision. Present a proactive approach to improvement (e.g., understanding and application of problem-solving tools, brainstorming). Present and maintain a positive team attitude that is cooperative, takes initiative, and is adaptable to change. Adhere to and promote compliance with ISO 9001, safety, quality standards, and company procedures, and immediately report any nonconformance to supervision.
