Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take ownership of growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will drive new business by developing and executing a strategic sales plan focused on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build long-lasting customer relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms that meet customer needs while maximizing profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure seamless project execution, and you will maintain accurate sales records, meeting performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. * This is an ongoing posting to allow interested individuals to express interest for future roles in selected cities when openings occur. Key Responsibilities Include: Sales Growth & Prospecting:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%). Pipeline Management:
Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and market segments, converting leads into high-value projects. Customer Relationships:
Build lasting partnerships by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions, using Salesforce CRM. Market & Product Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends and conduct research to identify growth opportunities. Consultative Selling:
Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms. Performance Reporting:
Use CRM to track sales performance and generate reports to meet goals. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with teams across functions to ensure customer satisfaction and provide support to colleagues.

Skills & Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or at WillScot. Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role is primarily based in the office with outbound calling. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom. Experience in high-volume, transactional sales cycles; leasing experience is a plus but not required. A solution-selling approach is advantageous.
