We are seeking a dedicated Documentation Control Specialist responsible for managing quality management systems documentation within a dynamic environment. This role is integral to maintaining compliance with industry standards and ensuring seamless documentation processes. Responsibilities Manage and maintain documentation for Quality Management Systems (QMS). Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Organize and control documentation processes to maintain accuracy and accessibility. Collaborate with team members to support documentation needs across departments. Take initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements. Communicate effectively to ensure clear understanding of documentation practices. Essential Skills High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently. Advanced written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Additional Skills & Qualifications Takes initiative and is self-driven. Inquisitive nature with a focus on continuous improvement. Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus. Familiarity with industry requirements. Work Environment The position is based onsite at a medical device company with approximately 40 employees. The company culture is supportive and engaging, fostering a small business feel with a great atmosphere. The dress code is business casual, encouraging a professional yet comfortable work environment. Job Type & Location This is a contract position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
