We are seeking a dedicated Documentation Control Specialist responsible for managing quality management systems documentation within a dynamic environment. This role is integral to maintaining compliance with industry standards and ensuring seamless documentation processes. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining documentation for Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards, organizing and controlling documentation processes to maintain accuracy and accessibility, collaborating with team members to support documentation needs across departments, taking initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements, and communicating effectively to ensure clear understanding of documentation practices. Essential Skills: High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently Advanced written and oral communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Additional Skills & Qualifications: Takes initiative and is self-driven Inquisitive nature with a focus on continuous improvement Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus Familiarity with industry requirements Work Environment: The position is based onsite at a medical device company with approximately 40 employees. The company culture is supportive and engaging, fostering a small business feel with a great atmosphere. The dress code is business casual, encouraging a professional yet comfortable work environment. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
