CEO of a notable, fast-growing multi-industry firm, in fashion and real estate, is looking for a Senior Executive Personal Assistant to join his office. This is an exciting opportunity for a long-term partnership with a visionary young executive during a hyper-growth phase! You will serve as the CEO's right hand, expertly navigating between his professional and personal commitments through calendar management, managing communications, and meeting support and preparation. You will provide personal support, such as wardrobe selection and prep, grabbing lunch, booking appointments, and whatever is needed to support him holistically. You will manage a junior assistant, driver, and housekeeper, ensuring seamless operations across all aspects of his life. Someone who thrives in a 24/7, high-velocity atmosphere with impeccable attention to detail and professionalism. Previous experience supporting an extremely active CEO is essential. This is a fully in-office role based in SoHo/NoHo. 150-170K+ DOE + bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities: Provide high-touch administrative and personal support to the CEO. Manage a demanding schedule and serve as the primary point of coordination for meetings and daily priorities. Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage logistics across internal and external stakeholders to ensure the executive is where they need to be, even during overlapping engagements. Manage and maintain communications, including monitoring and responding to emails on the CEO's behalf. Providing thorough meeting preparation, attending meetings as needed, and taking detailed notes to ensure follow-through on all action items and important information is captured. Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple business entities to facilitate efficient operations. Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all engagements, whether meetings, travel, or events. Manage personal logistics, including appointments, wardrobe management, and meal coordination. Oversee staff, including Junior Assistant, driver, and housekeeper, to ensure smooth operations. Maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all matters. Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or comparable high-level executive. Proven track record in extremely fast-paced, high-pressure environments Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication. Polished professional presence for interacting with high-profile contacts. Ability to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead. Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving capabilities and resourcefulness. Experience in fashion or a similar industry is a plus, but not required. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Willingness to be flexible with work hours and fully committed to the role.
