Overview
Executive Assistant to Founder/CEO Salary range: $140-160k + Bonus! Advisory Firm is looking for a driven professional Executive Assistant to join their NY office to support the firm’s Founding Partner and CEO. It is an exciting, varied and demanding role with considerable responsibility in a professional, high-level and extremely fast-paced office environment. The role will be based full time in our New York office (hybrid/ WFH Friday). Responsibilities
Manage, coordinate and make all arrangements for the CEO’s intensive global travel logistics Full calendar management and meeting scheduling to support the CEO's busy and ever-changing schedule Regular sending and drafting of emails to senior clients and contacts from the CEO, including client deliverables, proposals, invitations, monthly newsletter and meeting follow up emails Personal administrative support including family travel, personal appointment booking, household maintenance, etc. Prepare internal meeting agendas and design, create and work on client presentations in PowerPoint Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior EA role involving significant international travel Excellent written and verbal communication skills; with strong proofreading skills Highly competent with Microsoft Office and IT literate (including experience on Apple laptops and products which are used) Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
