This is a highly visible role focused on building relationships with civil engineers, municipalities, and contractors involved in site development and drainage infrastructure. Ideal for professionals with a background in technical sales, civil construction products, or engineering support.Key Responsibilities:Drive specifications and project opportunities with civil engineering firms, public agencies, and sitework contractorsConduct in-person presentations, design meetings, and job site visits to influence product selection and ensure proper installationTrack projects from early design through construction to maximize revenue and regional market shareCoordinate with internal teams on estimating, technical submittals, and client supportMaintain an active CRM pipeline and meet monthly activity targetsQualifications:3+ years of experience in sales, engineering, or project management within civil infrastructure or site developmentFamiliarity with stormwater products, drainage systems, or precast structures is strongly preferredProven success in a project-facing sales environment with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholdersSelf-starter who enjoys working in the field and managing their own territoryBased in Arizona with the ability to travel regionally as neededApply confidentially today or reach out directly for more details.
