The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations, franchise development, marketing, and technology, and will play a critical role in driving performance, integrating teams, and shaping the future of the business. Key priorities for the COO include leading and scaling a high-impact team, executing high-visibility strategic initiatives, streamlining operations for growth, and accelerating franchise expansion. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership position, ideal for a dynamic, growth-minded individual ready to make a significant impact in a fast-scaling, tech-enabled service model.

The role offers the opportunity to own and shape the future of the brand, with a clear path to a Brand President position. The COO will be at the intersection of service and tech, leading a rare blend of personal, community-driven service and tech-enabled commerce. Responsibilities also include championing franchisee onboarding, coaching, and development to fuel network growth and franchisee success. The candidate should be prepared to drive major projects, including a tech platform refresh, national marketing campaigns, and AI-enabled enhancements, and be committed to improving systems, aligning revenue streams, and enhancing team integration for long-term scalability and operational excellence.
