About the Role

The Company is in search of a Global Head of Critical Supplier Program - Senior Vice President to take on a pivotal role in leading the strategic engagement with its most important suppliers. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive program that minimizes risk and maximizes value across the enterprise. This includes performance management, relationship development, and ensuring ongoing strategic alignment. The role also involves executive engagement, particularly with C-suite executives and business heads, and requires a proactive approach to risk management and mitigation, as well as a focus on driving continuous improvement in supplier performance.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, or a related field, and a proven track record of leading complex programs with enterprise-wide impact. The role demands exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a deep understanding of risk management principles and regulatory requirements. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of mentoring a high-performing team, and will be adept at cross-functional collaboration to ensure the program's alignment with the organization's objectives. Financial management experience and a proactive approach to regulatory compliance are also essential.
