The Company is in search of a Global Head of Critical Supplier Program - Senior Vice President to take on a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the engagement with its most strategically important suppliers. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive program that minimizes risk and maximizes value across the enterprise. This includes strategic program leadership, executive engagement with key stakeholders, and proactive risk management to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The role also involves driving continuous improvement in supplier performance, leading a high-performing team, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, or a related field, with a proven ability to lead complex programs with enterprise-wide impact. The role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a deep understanding of risk management principles and regulatory requirements. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at financial management, and cross-functional collaboration, and will ensure the program's adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
