Executive Assistant – Contract (6 months, Full-Time, Onsite) We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership within a leading global financial services firm. This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension. Location: Onsite in NYC! Compensation: $30+/hour (depending on experience) Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Responsibilities: Provide executive-level administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination. Act as the point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external partners. Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Assist with expense reports, invoices, and tracking budgets. Organize and maintain documents, records, and files with a high level of confidentiality. Support ad hoc projects and departmental initiatives as needed. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (financial services industry experience preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
