Land Development Project Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team! The right candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing land development projects and civil site projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil design and project management, with excellent client relations skills. We are a civil engineering consulting firm that offers innovative design and project management services that are tailored to serve each client's engineering goals and needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop land and site development projects
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
  • Proficiency in civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
  • Strong knowledge of land development and site development processes
  • Excellent communication and client relations skills
