We are currently seeking a personable and organized individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone skills, the ability to multi-task, and work well with others.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Update and maintain the general calendar
- Schedule and coordinate Zoom calls
- Manage email correspondence
- Distribute mail
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Book flights and hotel accommodations
- Coordinate business meals
- Publish programs and documents to our member-only portal
- Create profiles and train new members on the portal
- Register team members for conventions and shows
- Keep track of member registrants for events
- Schedule meetings with partners
- Coordinate meeting room arrangements with partners
Qualifications:
- Professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a receptionist
