We are currently seeking a personable and organized individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone skills, the ability to multi-task, and work well with others.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Update and maintain the general calendar
  • Schedule and coordinate Zoom calls
  • Manage email correspondence
  • Distribute mail
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Book flights and hotel accommodations
  • Coordinate business meals
  • Publish programs and documents to our member-only portal
  • Create profiles and train new members on the portal
  • Register team members for conventions and shows
  • Keep track of member registrants for events
  • Schedule meetings with partners
  • Coordinate meeting room arrangements with partners

Qualifications:

  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a receptionist
