Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients, ensuring a professional and courteous experience.
  • Apply medical terminology knowledge when addressing inquiries related to healthcare services.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance regulations while handling sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with call center software.
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus, enhancing the ability to assist clients in healthcare-related inquiries.
