Responsibilities
- Respond to technical support requests via a helpdesk system, including walk-in support.
- Maintain and track physical and virtual inventory (computers, printers, network equipment, software licenses, etc.).
- Monitor and alert management on low inventory levels for consumables and supplies.
- Provide occasional backup support to the AV team: install/maintain classroom technology, manage AV equipment check-ins/outs, and assist with event video services (streaming, recording, publishing).
- Perform other related duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong desktop support and troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in an educational or academic environment.
- Familiarity with computer imaging and software deployment tools.
Compensation: $30-32/hr. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
