They're looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer who can lead system design efforts, collaborate directly with clients, and help drive projects from concept through execution. Relocation support is available for the right person.Key Responsibilities:Design ammonia, CO?, and large hydronic piping systems for industrial facilitiesEngage with clients to assess technical needs and develop solutionsCreate cost estimates, detailed proposals, and technical presentationsWork with vendors and suppliers to identify the best equipment optionsOversee project scheduling and documentationSupport internal growth by mentoring junior staff and refining processesWhat You Bring:Mechanical Engineering degree preferred, or 10+ years of relevant design/build experienceExpertise in industrial refrigeration and HVAC component systemsExperience quoting, estimating, and planning technical projectsFamiliarity with OSHA/EPA requirements and compliance standardsTeam-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
