We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive/Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in managing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely communication with banks and stakeholders. This role requires a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and maintain financial reports and documents

  • Record and verify numerical data, including account numbers and financial transactions

  • Send out statements and communications to banks, clients, and stakeholders

  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics

  • Maintain and organize digital and physical files

  • Draft and proofread correspondence and reports

  • Ensure office systems and procedures run smoothly and efficiently

  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and financial information

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new software

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team

Benefits:

Pay: $30 -$34 DOE
