Overview

Position: Product Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (Ideally Minneapolis, MN area for a few in person meetings)

We seek a strategic, customer-focused Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy, sharpen positioning, and drive adoption of our digital signage solutions. Youll develop differentiated messaging for technical and executive buyers, create high-impact sales enablement, and partner cross-functionally to influence roadmap and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in B2B SaaS environments and wants to make a visible impact in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning and Messaging

  • Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions in the marketplace
  • Create and maintain product messaging frameworks that resonate with our target audience and align with our company's brand voice
  • Collaborate with product management to understand product capabilities and translate technical features into customer benefits
  • Own GTM execution for product launches and enhancements
  • Drive the communications targeted to the ideal customer profiles (ICPs) working in collaboration with Product Management and Marketing
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches

Product Content Development and Management
  • Own the creation of marketing content and sales enablement materials, including case studies, white papers, presentations, and product one-pagers
  • Produce clear, engaging content that drives demand and adoption
  • Work with Product Management and CS team members to develop and maintain product documentation to support customer education
  • Create and deliver sales training materials and programs that equip the sales team to effectively communicate key features and product value
  • Support product management to develop battlecards, competitive analysis, and objection handling guides to support the sales process
  • Collaborate with marketing team and sales leadership to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates
  • Work with product management and marketing to ensure latest product capabilities and value is incorporated into customer communications and identify opportunities for expansion
  • Maintain and update the product marketing library content for the sales team
  • Leverage industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape in GTM programs and communications
  • Deliver product feedback to product management to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
  • Support the collection of market analytics to provide insights to product and executive teams

Performance Measurement
  • Track and report on product marketing KPIs and campaign performance
  • Deliver marketing results vs plan to leadership
  • Support product management to measure and optimize adoption rates for product features and integrations

Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of developing successful go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption
  • Strong experience in creating compelling messaging and positioning for technical products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into benefits
  • Data-driven approach to decision making with experience in analyzing marketing metrics
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or related field

Preferred
  • Experience in digital signage or related SaaS industries
  • Demonstrated success in increasing feature adoption rates
  • Background in content marketing with proven results in growing organic traffic and leads
  • Experience in channel marketing and/or co-marketing initiatives
  • Experience with sales enablement and customer success collaboration
