In this pivotal position, you will lead the coordination of Compliance Risk Assessments and continuously enhance our risk assessment processes. Your expertise will guide the monitoring and effectiveness of the CRA framework, ensuring alignment with US banking regulations and corporate compliance requirements. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the corporate compliance risk assessment program regionally. Managing and analyzing CRA program-related data for best practices. Overseeing the development of CRA training materials. Serving as a key resource for the first and second lines of defense in CRA methodology. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in corporate compliance and risk assessment processes, empowering them to influence across the three lines of defense effectively. Your in-depth knowledge of corporate compliance programs, coupled with familiarity with key regulations (FED, OCC, NYDFS, SEC, FINRA), will be essential in this role. We seek a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with executives and contributing to senior governance discussions. Your talent for stakeholder management and results-oriented approach will be critical as you set and prioritize goals to achieve high-quality outcomes.
