Position Overview: As a Patient Care Advocate (Radiology, Surgery, OB), you will greet and assist patients with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. We value professionalism, and your contribution will help in maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.

22121 FM 1093 Rd. Richmond, TX 77407. Some training may occur onsite in Pearland, TX. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service through collaborative interactions with patients. Foster mutual respect and positivity among healthcare team members. Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures in the POS system. Ensure accurate collection of fees and payments, and provide receipts. Support patients in setting up payment plans and addressing account queries. Accurately register new patients and maintain updated demographic information in Epic. Communicate wait times and assist patients with paperwork efficiently. Verify insurance coverage and relay necessary information to patients. Perform daily cash control procedures and assist with any other duties as assigned. Why You Should Apply:

Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (or higher). 1+ years of customer service experience, with cash handling experience preferred. Experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, or similar service-related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a medical office involving patient registration and billing. Knowledge of insurance plans and verification processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and use of electronic medical record systems. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus. Skills Needed: Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong math skills and attention to detail. Understanding customer service principles and practices. Pay and Benefits: Hourly pay ranges from $17.74 to $31.63 based on experience.
