The successful candidate will be responsible for driving enablement initiatives across the organization, with a focus on sales, services, customer success, and partner enablement. This role is pivotal in ensuring that teams are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to meet their goals, particularly in driving sales performance and modernizing customer experiences. The Vice President will be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive enablement strategy, designing and delivering training programs, and utilizing technology, including AI, to enhance the effectiveness of enablement efforts. They will also be responsible for establishing performance metrics, collaborating with various leaders to understand their needs, and continuously improving enablement programs to align with the company's strategic priorities. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Enablement position at the company will be an independent, self-starting leader with a minimum of 10 years' experience in enablement, training, or a related field, including at least 4 years in a leadership role. A background in higher education is preferred. The role requires a candidate with a strong business acumen, an outcomes-oriented mentality, and the ability to work cross-functionally while building productive relationships. Key skills include the ability to analyze performance data, make data-driven decisions, and possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. The Vice President will be expected to lead a team of enablement professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence, and ensuring that enablement programs are tailored to the needs of the international regions critical to the business.
