You should have a demonstrated history of leading IT strategic initiatives in an academic environment and possess current knowledge of technological trends in higher education. Key qualifications include: Strong understanding of administrative and academic computing systems (experience with Colleague preferred) Excellent people management, collaboration, and communication skills High emotional intelligence to influence and advise effectively Adeptness in managing technology projects and resources aligned with institutional goals Travel is expected up to 25%.
