About the Role
The Company is in search of a forward-thinking Vice President of Enablement and Strategy to spearhead a global Center of Excellence. This key leadership role is designed for an experienced professional who will champion enablement initiatives across our organization, focusing on enhancing sales, services, customer success, and partner enablement.
As the Vice President, you will play a crucial role in equipping our teams with the essential tools, training, and resources needed to excel in their objectives, particularly in bolstering sales performance and modernizing customer experiences. You will develop and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy, craft and deliver impactful training programs, and leverage technology, including AI, to optimize our enablement efforts.
Your responsibilities will include establishing performance metrics, working collaboratively with various leaders to understand their unique needs, and consistently improving enablement programs to align with the strategic priorities of the company.
We are looking for a resourceful, self-motivated leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience in enablement, training, or a related field, including at least 4 years in a leadership capacity. A background in higher education is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess robust business acumen, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to cultivate collaborative cross-functional relationships. Key skills required include proficiency in analyzing performance data, making data-driven decisions, and possessing exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
