As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in expanding our major gifts and planned giving programs. Your main focus will be on developing and executing innovative strategies aimed at increasing philanthropic contributions, especially in the areas of major and legacy giving, to enhance our overall fundraising efforts. In this impactful role, you'll collaborate closely with our CEO, board members, and program leaders to foster long-term relationships with donors, drive revenue growth, and amplify the organization's presence and impact in the community. Key responsibilities include leading and expanding our major gifts and planned giving programs, overseeing donor communications, and maintaining accurate donor data to showcase our fundraising achievements. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of fundraising experience, with a strong background in securing significant gifts. A strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for our mission are essential for success in this role. Familiarity with the local philanthropic landscape will be beneficial. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and the ability to serve as an inspiring ambassador for our mission is crucial.
