This is a crucial role for our organization, requiring a dynamic leader who is dedicated to excellence and speed. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring our organization's focus and accountability, driving rapid decision-making, and providing both strategic and operational support to the CEO. Main responsibilities include overseeing our annual strategic and financial planning process, nurturing our corporate culture, and spearheading important cross-functional initiatives. The Chief of Staff will also engage in establishing new business functions and will provide high-level support across various departments in solving complex problems. We seek candidates who are fast-paced, energetic, and ambitious, with a passion for addressing global challenges. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an early-stage or growth-stage startup is required, along with a total of at least 8 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical aptitude, executive presence, and a proven history of success in high-performance environments. Experience in top-tier consulting, private equity, the military, or tech is highly desirable.
