As the senior technical authority in water and wastewater systems, you will oversee project management and delivery for various infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pipelines, and pump stations. This position requires you to cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, particularly municipalities and local agencies, while guiding a dedicated team of engineers and support staff. Key responsibilities include: Setting and executing the vision for the water and wastewater engineering practice. Leading large-scale projects with a focus on quality and compliance. Identifying new business opportunities and managing financial performance. Fostering professional development within your team. Engaging effectively with stakeholders through strong collaboration and communication skills. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with an advanced degree preferred. A Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in water and wastewater engineering, especially in the Central Texas area, along with a proven track record of managing substantial projects successfully.
