About the Role
We are looking for an innovative and strategic
Vice President of Global Total Rewards
to join our dynamic HR Leadership Team. This key role will oversee the design, implementation, and management of a comprehensive total rewards program that encompasses compensation, benefits, payroll, wellness initiatives, mobility, and employee recognition. You will lead efforts to enhance our rewards strategy and communicate its value effectively throughout the organization. Your expertise will ensure our programs are competitive, sustainable, compliant, and enhance our organizational performance. Key responsibilities include: Designing and advancing global benefits programs Leading HR teams to effectively communicate total rewards Partnering with senior leadership to define our total rewards philosophy and strategy To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred). We require a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in benefits, compensation, and mobility management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in global compensation and benefits, advanced knowledge of executive compensation programs, and strong analytical capabilities. You must demonstrate excellent business acumen, competitive benchmarking expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
