About the Role
We invite you to apply for the Vice President of Total Rewards position where you will lead the design and delivery of an innovative rewards strategy aimed at attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent. As a key member of the leadership team, you will shape comprehensive total rewards programs that encompass compensation, benefits, executive rewards, well-being, global mobility, and recognition initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with the Chief People & Culture Officer, as well as senior leaders, to ensure our total rewards strategy is aligned with our business objectives and reflects our company culture and values. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing a cutting-edge total rewards strategy
Providing expert advice on executive compensation and industry trends
Overseeing the design and administration of global benefits and well-being programs
Leading global mobility initiatives
Aligning recognition strategies with organizational goals
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in total rewards, alongside a strong background in global program management and executive compensation governance. You should possess exceptional analytical skills, a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, and experience thriving in a complex global organization.
