As a key member of the leadership team, you will shape comprehensive total rewards programs that encompass compensation, benefits, executive rewards, well-being, global mobility, and recognition initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Chief People & Culture Officer, as well as senior leaders, to ensure our total rewards strategy is aligned with our business objectives and reflects our company culture and values. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and executing a cutting-edge total rewards strategy Providing expert advice on executive compensation and industry trends Overseeing the design and administration of global benefits and well-being programs Leading global mobility initiatives Aligning recognition strategies with organizational goals The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in total rewards, alongside a strong background in global program management and executive compensation governance. You should possess exceptional analytical skills, a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, and experience thriving in a complex global organization.
