In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the global development, implementation, communication, and administration of our total rewards programs, encompassing compensation, benefits, payroll, wellness, and recognition. This position calls for a strategic thinker who excels in advancing rewards strategies and effectively communicating their value across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include designing global benefits programs, leading HR teams in total rewards communication, and collaborating with senior leadership to establish our total rewards philosophy and strategy. We are looking for candidates with at least 10 years of HR experience, specifically in total rewards, alongside 5 years of management experience. A Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field is essential. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a successful track record in global compensation or benefits leadership, possess advanced knowledge of executive compensation, and showcase strong analytical and financial skills. The role necessitates a leader with exceptional executive presence and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization, complemented by sound business acumen. Desired qualifications include experience in global payroll management, a Master’s degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The VP will also lead M&A activities related to total rewards and ensure compliance with all relevant global laws and regulations.
