The company is on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to join their innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will drive significant revenue growth and enhance the company's footprint in the public sector, primarily focusing on public works and infrastructure enhancement projects. We're seeking a visionary leader with a strategic outlook, exceptional sales expertise, and outstanding relationship management abilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing effective business development strategies.
Conducting comprehensive market research to uncover new business prospects.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Overseeing the preparation of compelling proposals.
Negotiating contracts to achieve or surpass revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in engineering or a related discipline, and possess at least 15 years of experience in a comparable role, particularly within the AEC sector. A proven track record of fostering and maintaining strategic relationships is essential. Candidates should be well-organized, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and have experience working with growth-stage companies.
