Discovery Motion Picture Television Film and Publishing Media and Technology Distribution About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Total Rewards Strategy to lead the development and implementation of a robust rewards framework that not only attracts but also motivates and retains top talent within our organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee comprehensive total rewards programs, including competitive compensation packages, diverse benefits, executive rewards, well-being initiatives, global mobility, and employee recognition. Collaborating closely with the Chief People & Culture Officer and senior leadership, you will ensure that our total rewards strategy aligns with our broader business goals, remains competitive in the market, and reflects our values and culture. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing all compensation programs and leading the annual compensation cycle Designing and administering global benefits programs Implementing enterprise-wide well-being initiatives Overseeing global mobility strategies Driving recognition programs that celebrate employee contributions Leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decision-making Applicants should have a minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in total rewards, compensation, or related HR functions, particularly in a global program management context. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, and experience in executive compensation governance. A proven track record in a complex, publicly traded organization is highly desirable. We seek a strategic advisor who emphasizes data-informed decision-making and ensures that our rewards approach fosters both immediate performance and sustainable growth.
