The Company seeks an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Vice President for Equity and Civil Rights to join our vibrant campus community. As the leader of the Office of Equity and Civil Rights, you will drive the long-term vision for promoting an environment free from harassment, discrimination, and bias. Your ability to build strong relationships across campus will be crucial in advancing our commitment to inclusive excellence.
In addition to your leadership role, you will serve as the Title IX Coordinator, guiding compliance efforts related to Title IX and associated laws. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional management skills to supervise staff, ensure operational excellence, and uphold accountability within the office. As a visible and accessible leader, your high integrity will inspire collaboration with partners in student affairs, human resources, campus police, and other departments to uphold our core values of inclusivity and equity.
