About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Commercial Strategy to lead the development and execution of our commercial initiatives, particularly focusing on the successful launch and growth of our therapeutic products in the rare disease sector. The ideal candidate will create a robust U.S. commercial strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives, covering essential aspects such as pricing, market access, and reimbursement. This role demands a visionary leader capable of achieving revenue targets and ensuring full P&L accountability for our U.S. commercial operations.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing marketing efforts to enhance product positioning and foster future growth, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree (an advanced degree is highly preferred) and have at least 15 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, including a minimum of 5 years in senior commercial leadership roles.
We seek a strategic thinker who can adeptly identify and address access and adoption barriers while evolving marketing strategies to cater to the needs of patients and providers. The successful candidate will oversee the commercial organization with precision, ensure coordination with supply chain management, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to achieve our commercial goals.
A proven track record in driving product performance and reputation coupled with a deep understanding of the industry is essential for success in this role.
