In this pivotal role, you will ensure all event-related activities across client environments are executed with precision and in a timely manner. You will spearhead processing and technology enhancements, mitigate operational risks, and cultivate strategic partnerships with our clients. Key responsibilities include managing daily production activities, leading local and global initiatives, and driving automation efforts to increase efficiency and reduce risks. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate actions leadership, ideally with a strong grasp of brokerage or investment operations. Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required, alongside a successful history of delivering complex projects in dynamic environments. A thorough understanding of corporate actions risks and the capability to reconcile discrepancies is vital.
