The ideal candidate will possess strong industry expertise in healthcare or insurance, particularly with commercial health plans. Your key responsibilities will include: Defining and executing the strategic vision of the health plan business. Driving growth initiatives and enhancing business performance. Overseeing strategic planning, financial management, and compliance with regulatory standards. Understanding commercial insurance products and market dynamics pertinent to employer-sponsored plans. Delivering high-quality, cost-effective healthcare solutions to meet the needs of clients and their employees. Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should possess: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related discipline is preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to foster trust among various stakeholders. A strong commitment to operational excellence and delivering outstanding value to customers, brokers, and members. This position will be a key member of the senior leadership team and is based in Tallahassee, FL.
