About the Role
Join our team as the Senior Vice President of Global Merchandising Strategy, where you will take the lead in crafting and executing product strategies that elevate our brand on a global scale. We are looking for an innovative and business-driven leader with a deep passion for products. You will oversee a wide array of product categories, including men’s and women’s accessories, footwear, and ready-to-wear collections, across multiple retail channels. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing the brand's global product strategy, promoting collaboration around the seasonal product vision, and ensuring that all products achieve specified cost and profitability targets.
A critical aspect of this role involves presenting merchandising strategies to executive leadership and mentoring high-performing merchandising teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in retail buying or corporate merchandising, including at least 10 years in a leadership capacity. A strong track record in global merchandising, trend analysis, and vertical retail and product development is essential. Proficiency in advanced Excel and data analysis is required, along with the ability to combine analytical insights with creative problem-solving. A Bachelor's degree is a must, and we seek a leader with exceptional cross-functional communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
